One of the most beautiful achatina species from Kenya, more specifically the area around Kwale and Diani beach. They grow to a maximum size of 12 cm and have a pink apex. They are good eaters. The young animals look a bit like Achatina reticulata, but as they get older, the difference can be seen more clearly.
